A series lets you register a participant with a single registration for several webinars arranged in sequence.
Getting in
- Choose Webinar Series from the menu.
- Click Create Webinar Series.
- The series creator opens (
/auth/series-creator).
Steps in the series creator

Schedule type (Basics step)
In the panel:
- Fixed webinar times - set dates and times for the following sessions (in Brain: FIXED model).
- Flexible - consecutive days from registration, at a fixed time, accounting for excluded days (in Brain: ROLLING model).
Good to know
- One registration confirmation covers the whole series.
- Reminders go out separately per webinar in the series.
- A participant registered for a series can't register separately for individual webinars from that series (duplicate registrations are blocked).
- You'll see series results in Analytics, under the Series scope.
How to check it
- Open the series registration page.
- Register as a test.
- Check the confirmation email and the session list on the thank-you page.
- Open the series participants / series analytics.
