You prepare the recording, registration page and webinar settings. The participant registers for a chosen time, gets messages and enters the webinar room where the recording plays. During the session you can show messages, AI Moderator answers and an offer. Results show up in stats.

No. You can also present services, development programs, consulting offers, products, software demos, training and educational processes.

A basic automated webinar can take about 30 minutes if you already have the recording, registration copy and offer ready. A richer setup with extra messages, integrations or funnel variants can take longer.

You do not need to be a developer or build the whole system yourself. Most settings are done in the Webivio panel. If something goes wrong, the support team can help.

Yes. The webinar room works in a mobile browser, so participants can watch on a smartphone with nothing extra to install.

Yes. You can create registration and thank-you pages in Webivio. You do not need to build them on a separate site. Use the platform URL or connect your own domain.

Yes. Registration and thank-you pages created in Webivio can run on your own domain.

Yes. You can upload recordings directly to Webivio. Available space and the maximum size of a single file depend on your plan.

On Starter the limit is 1.5 GB per file and 10 GB total. On Pro you can upload a file up to 10 GB, with 30 GB total hosting. For custom Implementation plans, limits are set individually.

AI Moderator can answer participant questions during an automated webinar based on knowledge you share with it beforehand. Participants can get answers even when you are not personally on chat.

Yes. WhatsApp integration is available on Pro. You can send confirmations, reminders and post-webinar messages through your own WhatsApp Business account. Participant replies can be handled in the inbox in the Webivio panel.

On Pro you can compare two recording or offer variants. Participants are split across variants, and stats let you compare the results and selected metrics.

Series let you connect several webinars into one planned sequence - for example three lessons. Each step can have its own reminders and stats. The feature is available on Pro.

Yes. After the session you can give the participant access to the recording again and set how long the replay stays available. You can check watch stats in the panel.

Yes. You can add team members to work together on webinars and funnels without sharing the main account password.

In stats you can review data across automated-webinar funnel stages - registrations, attendance, video watches, offer clicks and other configured events.

Webivio connects with email marketing, messaging, ads and analytics tools. Integrations include MailerLite, MailerLite Classic, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, Kit, Klaviyo, Sender, SMSAPI, WhatsApp, Meta, Google and TikTok. You can also send data to other systems via webhooks.

Webivio can send automated-webinar messages such as registration confirmations and reminders. You can also connect an external email marketing tool for the rest of your campaigns and automations.

Yes. If there is no ready-made integration, you can send selected event data via webhooks to Zapier, Make, Pabbly, n8n or your own system.

Yes. We can help you plan moving an automated webinar, funnel pages and participant messaging from another platform to Webivio. The scope depends on your current setup and integrations.

For 14 days you can use every Webivio feature without entering card details. When the trial ends you choose a paid plan or stop using the platform.

Starter is for people who want to launch a basic automated-webinar process. Pro adds WhatsApp, A/B tests, automated webinar series and higher recording hosting limits. Compare current limits and features on the pricing page before you decide.

Yes. You can cancel in account settings. After cancellation you keep access to the plan until the end of the paid billing period.
