INFORMATION NOTICE FOR WEBINAR PARTICIPANTS

The controller of your personal data is the webinar organizer (the Creator). The Webivio Platform acts solely as a processor of data on behalf of the webinar organizer.

Your data may be processed in order to:

  • handle your sign-up,
  • send webinar messages (email, SMS, WhatsApp — when the organizer enables the given channel),
  • make the webinar available,
  • analyze webinar activity.

In the case of WhatsApp messages, we process, among other things, your phone number, the content of messages, and delivery metadata. WhatsApp messages are sent via the Meta platform (WhatsApp Business Platform).
