You set when a participant can join a session.
How to set it up
- Creator → Schedule.
- In Webinar type choose:
- Continuous (evergreen) - available dates / slots,
- One-time - a single event date,
- Watch now - starts right after registration (separate page: Watch now).
- Fill in dates / slots for the selected type.
- Webivio uses participant time zones when matching a session.
Slots in continuous (evergreen) mode
In Fixed webinar hours you add slot rows. Each slot has:
- Time - session start (15-minute steps),
- When to show - Every day, Selected weekdays, or Selected days of the month,
- Days (optional) - specific weekdays or month days when the matching mode is selected.
You can also enable Automatic sessions (JIT) if you want the system to propose upcoming sessions in a time window.
